fine print.

• "Products": the research-grade compounds and related supplies offered by vitalitiRX.
• "Site": this website and all subdomains and pages operated by vitalitiRX, including the landing site and the /shop store area.
• "Research use": use restricted to laboratory, analytical, and scientific research only; expressly excludes any human or animal consumption, administration, or therapeutic, diagnostic, or preventative application.
• "Subscription": a recurring order on a repeating schedule you select at checkout.
• "Customer," "you," "your": the person or entity placing an order or using the Site.
• "We," "us," "our," "vitalitiRX": vitalitiRX.
• "COA": a Certificate of Analysis issued by an independent laboratory for a specific production lot.

All Products sold by vitalitiRX are research chemicals intended for laboratory and research purposes only. They are not for human consumption, not for veterinary use, and not for any therapeutic, diagnostic, or preventative application. Do not ingest, inject, inhale, or otherwise administer these Products to people or animals.

Our Products have not been approved by Health Canada or the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human therapeutic use. In Canada, peptides sold for research purposes are not regulated as therapeutic products under the Food and Drugs Act. vitalitiRX operates as a supplier of research-grade compounds; we make no therapeutic claims and do not market these Products for personal or clinical use. You are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws governing the acquisition, storage, handling, and use of research chemicals.

• Age. Sales are limited to customers 19 years of age or older. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement. We do not sell to minors; accounts found to be operated by a minor will be closed and pending orders refunded.
• Geography. We sell and ship within Canada only. You are responsible for ensuring purchase, receipt, and possession are lawful at your delivery location.
• Account information. Provide accurate, current, complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Our discretion. We may refuse, limit, cancel, or close any order or account at our discretion, including where we reasonably suspect resale, unlawful use, fraud, or use outside lawful research.

By placing an order, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

• You are acquiring the Products solely for legitimate laboratory or scientific research, not for human or veterinary use.
• You will not ingest, inject, inhale, apply, or otherwise administer the Products to any person or animal, and will not resell or supply them for such use.
• You will not use, resell, distribute, import, or export the Products in violation of any applicable law, and will not circumvent any import/export or other legal restriction.
• You are qualified and equipped to handle, store, and dispose of research chemicals safely and lawfully, and assume full responsibility for doing so.
• You will not represent to any third party that the Products are approved, safe, or suitable for human or veterinary use.
• Nothing on the Site is medical, veterinary, legal, or professional advice, and you will not rely on it as such.

We may refuse or cancel any order we reasonably believe is intended for a prohibited use, and refund it.

Site content, including product descriptions, category pages, research references, the quiz, and any handling or storage notes, is provided for educational and research-context information only. It is not medical advice, not instructions for human or veterinary use, and not a recommendation to administer any Product to a person or animal. Research references and cited studies are provided for scientific context; they do not establish the safety, efficacy, legality, or suitability of any Product for human use, and citation is not an endorsement of human use.

• Order acceptance. Orders are processed once payment is authorized. Your order is an offer to purchase; we may accept, refuse, or cancel it.
• Pricing. Prices, availability, and lot composition may change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. We may cancel and refund orders affected by pricing errors.
• Payment authorization. By submitting payment you authorize the charge, including taxes and shipping, to your selected method and confirm you are authorized to use it. Card and billing data is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Currency and taxes. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated. Applicable federal and provincial taxes are added at checkout.
• Shipping fees. Shipping charges, if any, show at checkout. Free expedited shipping applies automatically on qualifying orders as described at checkout and in the FAQ.
• Failed or declined payment. If a payment is declined or later reversed, we may cancel or hold the order until resolved.
• Chargebacks and disputes. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at contact@vitalitirx.com. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension. We may contest chargebacks we believe are invalid and provide the payment processor with order and delivery records.

• Canada only. We ship exclusively within Canada; no international shipping.
• Processing. Orders are typically processed within one business day and shipped via tracked carrier; standard delivery is generally 3 to 5 business days. Tracking is emailed when the order ships. Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
• Carrier delays. Once handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. Tracking may show "label created" until the carrier scans the package.
• Incorrect address. You are responsible for an accurate shipping address. Packages returned or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at your expense.
• Risk and title. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. For lost or delayed packages we will help open a carrier investigation; refunds or replacements issue only after the carrier confirms loss.
• Damaged on arrival. If a shipment arrives damaged or compromised, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos and we will make it right.

• Unshipped orders. An unshipped order may be cancelled for a full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of purchase.
• Shipped orders. Because of the sensitive nature of the Products, once an order has shipped, all sales are final and returns cannot be accepted, except as below.
• Damaged or defective. Products damaged in transit or with a verified defect reported within 72 hours of delivery may qualify for replacement or refund. Provide order number, description, and photographs of outer packaging and product.
• Evidence and method. We may require photographic evidence and reasonable discretion to determine eligibility. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; allow normal processing time.
• Non-returnable items. Opened or used Products and, where applicable, supplies are non-returnable except in the damaged or defective case above.
• Statutory rights. Nothing here limits non-waivable rights under the Consumer Protection Act of your province or other applicable consumer legislation.

• Authorization. You authorize us to automatically charge your saved payment method on the schedule shown at checkout until you cancel.
• Price lock. Your Subscription price is locked at purchase and does not change even if list prices change. A receipt is emailed after every renewal charge.
• Cancel anytime. Cancel your Subscription anytime in one click from your account dashboard, with no fees, no contracts, no minimum term.
• Changing your Subscription. An active Subscription cannot be paused or modified in place. To change your product, frequency, or payment card, cancel your current Subscription and re-subscribe with your preferred options; the change takes effect from your next billing cycle.
• Cancellation timing. Cancellation stops all future charges and takes effect before the next billing cycle. The period already paid remains yours; cancel partway through a cycle and that cycle's order still ships.
• Failed renewals. If a renewal fails, we retry automatically for a limited period. If payment cannot be collected, the Subscription stops and no Product ships, and you are never billed for a renewal that does not result in an order.
• Changes to Subscription terms. We will give reasonable advance notice of changes to Subscription pricing or terms affecting future renewals, and you may cancel before they take effect.

• What we test. Every lot ships with an independent COA on file. Third-party labs test each lot for the parameters shown on the sourcing page: residual solvents, peptide identity, purity, and potency.
• What a COA proves. It verifies identity, purity, and the specified analytical parameters of the tested lot as of the test date. It does not establish safety, efficacy, legality, or suitability for human or veterinary use.
• Lot-specific. Results apply only to the lot tested. We do not consolidate multiple lots under a single COA.
• Availability. The COA for the exact lot you receive is available on request at contact@vitalitirx.com; sample COAs shown on the Site are format only.

Except as expressly stated and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Products are supplied "as is" and "as available," as research materials, without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant fitness for any human, veterinary, therapeutic, or clinical purpose; any such use is at your sole risk and is prohibited. This does not exclude warranties or conditions that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian consumer-protection law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, vitalitiRX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Products or Site, whether in contract, tort, including negligence, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product. Because the Products are for research use only, we have no liability for harm from human or animal administration, which is prohibited. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act of your province.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the province in Canada from which you are purchasing, and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Informal resolution first: before any formal proceeding, contact contact@vitalitirx.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. If unresolved, the courts of the province from which you are purchasing have jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable right you have to bring a claim before a consumer tribunal.

We may update these Terms. The current version is always the one posted here. Material changes take effect when posted, or on the stated effective date; Subscription changes affecting future renewals follow section 9. Continued use or purchase after an update means acceptance.

• Order and account data: name, email, shipping address, order history, account credentials.
• Payment data: billing details and payment method, processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
• Communications: messages you send us, including support, COA requests, wholesale, and newsletter status.
• Quiz responses: answers in the "Find your protocol" quiz.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, server logs, and cookie and analytics usage data.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functions such as cart, checkout, account, and security, and for analytics that show how the Site and quiz are used, for example pages viewed, quiz steps completed, and cart actions.

• Essential cookies are required for the store to work and cannot be switched off.
• Analytics and optional cookies are used only as described here; where required by law we ask consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can decline or withdraw it.
• Control cookies via your browser; blocking essential cookies may break checkout or account features.

We share personal information only as needed to run the store, with providers bound to protect it.

We do not sell your personal information. Some providers may process data outside your province or Canada.

To process and ship orders; manage subscriptions and payments; provide support and COAs; send transactional messages; send marketing with your consent; maintain security and prevent fraud; and meet tax and record-keeping obligations. Our basis is your consent, performance of our contract, and legal obligations, for example tax records.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose collected or as required by law:

The "Find your protocol" quiz asks about your research goals. We are not a healthcare provider. We use your answers to suggest a research category and products during your session, and we do not use them to build a health profile about you or sell them.

Subject to legal limits, you may access, correct, or delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law, withdraw consent including analytics and marketing, and unsubscribe from marketing at any time without affecting transactional messages. To make a request, email contact@vitalitirx.com. We may need to verify your identity first. We respond within the timeframe required by law; if we cannot fully comply, for example because of a legal recordkeeping obligation, we explain why.

Some processors may store or process data outside your province or Canada, where it may be subject to local laws. We take reasonable steps to keep it protected consistent with this policy and applicable Canadian law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, for example encryption in transit, restricted access, and PCI-compliant payment processing. No method is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as required, and keep records of breaches as required. Reach us at contact@vitalitirx.com.

The Site and Products are for customers 19 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors; if we learn we have, we delete it and close the account.
